  • Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • Government-issued identification
  • Emergency contact details
  • Citizenship or visa status
  • Educational background and qualifications
  • Language, literacy and numeracy information
  • Training participation and assessment outcomes

Employee and Contractor Information

  • Employment history
  • Qualifications and licences

Information will only be disclosed where authorised, required by law, or with consent.


NCVER Privacy Notice

Under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, the RTO is required to collect and disclose personal information for inclusion in the national VET database managed by NCVER.

NCVER may disclose information to:

  • Commonwealth and State authorities
  • Researchers
  • VET regulators
  • Other authorised agencies

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

The RTO collects and verifies USIs in accordance with the Student Identifiers Act 2014.

The RTO may:

  • Verify a student’s USI
  • Disclose information to the USI Registrar where required

Storage and Security of Information

The RTO takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from:

  • Misuse
  • Interference
  • Loss
  • Unauthorised access
  • Modification or disclosure

Security measures may include:

  • Password-protected systems

  • Locked filing cabinets
  • Data backup procedures

Access and Correction

The RTO does not generally disclose personal information overseas unless:

  • Required for cloud-based systems or service providers; or
  • Authorised by law or consented to by the individual.

Where overseas disclosure occurs, reasonable steps will be taken to ensure compliance with Australian privacy obligations.

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed annually or earlier if legislative or operational changes occur.
